Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to learn one of the most valuable skills in the business world? We're hiring driven individuals to join our field marketing team and help Southern California homeowners discover smarter, more affordable ways to power their homes.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing industry and a real chance to build communication and sales skills that pay off for the rest of your life. No experience required. We train you on everything.

We work directly with OC Solar, one of the top-rated solar installers in Southern California, helping homeowners cut expensive utility bills and switch to more affordable energy.

What You'll Do

This is a door-to-door field position. Your job is to talk with homeowners, spark interest, and set up appointments for a licensed consultant to meet with them.

You won't be closing deals or doing the heavy lifting your role is to start great conversations and book the appointment. It's a simple system to learn, and it's hands-down one of the best ways to develop real-world skills: confidence, communication, persistence, and the ability to connect with people face-to-face.

For the right person, this is a launchpad. The skills you build here open doors to sales, leadership, business, and serious income down the road.

How Solar Works (The Short Version)

Most homeowners go solar by swapping a high, unpredictable electric bill for a lower, more stable energy bill without a big upfront cost. It's an easy concept for homeowners to understand, which makes your job that much easier to learn.

Pay

Choose what works for you: $25/hour OR commission-based pay. We'll walk you through both options in detail at your in-person interview.

Training & Support

  • Full training provided, we teach you everything
  • All tools supplied
  • A proven system with clear expectations
  • Learn directly from experienced people in the industry

The only things we ask for: consistency, effort, and a coachable attitude.

What to Expect

  • Meet at our Simi Valley office
  • Work in the field 5 days a week
  • Show up reliable and on time
  • Be a team player

You'll Thrive Here If You're

  • Hardworking and self-motivated
  • Coachable and open-minded
  • Goal-oriented and dependable

No sales or solar experience required, just bring the right attitude and we'll handle the rest.
