IS THIS YOU? We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

Some responsibilities:

Oversee Market Service teams

Work with the Service Electrician staff to help coordinate scheduling

Oversees repairs of complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint.

Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.

A few Requirements:

  • - E1 or E2, with at least 5 years residential electrical experience. 
  • -  Prior supervisor or management experience (required) 
  • - Proficient in Microsoft office 
  • - Solar Experience is preferred but not required.
  • - Needs to be highly organized with the ability to muti-task.
  • -  Ability to troubleshoot basic residential electrical systems and assist techs over the phone.
  • - Able to work in large team environment 
  • - Able to read electrical schematics 
  • - Must have good communication skills verbally and through email 
  • - Must be self-motivated and willing to work until everything is done for the day  
  • - Must be able to evaluate electrical work through photos to make sure work is done properly
  • - Comfortable talking with customers / inspectors and deescalating situations
