We're searching for a Customer Service Rep / Aministrative Assistant to provide support to our Operations Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from project inception to completion, providing professional and courteous communication with customers and across departments. Applicants should be extremely thorough, organized, and responsive to a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and strong follow-through, and have prior customer service/dispatch experience. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries • Schedule and coordinate service appointments • Help prepare and price service jobs based on scope and materials • Monitor solar systems remotely via service portals and identify issues • Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner • Communicate project milestones and maintain accurate and organized project records • Track employee time, job locations, and daily activity Qualifications: Required • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to understand technical job scopes • Ability to follow procedures and instructions • Self starter and multitasker who can work independently • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle • Ability to report to work during normal office hours and work overtime as needed Preferred • Associates Degree • Solar monitoring platforms (e.g., Enphase, SolarEdge, etc.) • CRM experience • Dispatch or service coordination • Familiarity with Construction permitting • Proficiency in Apple products and iOS • Experience in computerized scheduling systems • Notary Public Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly DOE
