Newman Lead โ€“ Full Time

About the Position: The Newman Lead will be responsible for overseeing team operations, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring accuracy across all Newman warehouse processes. This role is critical to supporting site productivity, maintaining quality standards, and driving team performance in alignment with company goals.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Oversee all responsibilities, processes, and personnel for the Newman team.
  • Maintain the keeping of all assigned records and metrics.
  • Train new employees to follow all department processes.
  • Perform all daily task to include, receiving, picking, shipping, and processing returns.
  • Support other job assignments as needed by the Site Manager.
  • Participates and leads daily meetings.
  • Assign department team members to their daily responsibilities.
  • Enforce Company safety policies, procedures and good housekeeping practices.
  • Promote and fulfil company goals and competencies.
  • Champion our mentality of โ€œAccuracy is Qualityโ€ through all of the assigned processes.


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Leadership experience a plus
  • Strong focus on quality โ€“ deeply care about the product and your work.
  • High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
