Job description

Job Description As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our solar inverter and energy storage product portfolio. This position bridges product, sales, and marketing by translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. You will support business growth by driving product positioning, market adoption, and sales enablement across commercial, industrial (C&I), and utility-scale solar and ESS markets.

Responsibilities: Develop clear, differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for inverter and ESS solutions across target markets. Lead product launches and updates, coordinating with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful market introduction and adoption. Create and maintain sales tools including presentations, datasheets, competitive battlecards, case studies, and training materials to support revenue growth.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and messaging. Gather feedback from customers, partners, and the sales team to refine positioning and influence future product launches. Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization.

Monitor and research the latest product incentive policies, industry trends, and evolving customer needs, and proactively synthesize insights to inform product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and internal stakeholders. Support marketing campaigns by contributing technical and product focused content for digital, events, and trade shows. Translate complex technical features into clear, benefit driven messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications: Marketing or product marketing professional with 7+ years of experience Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or related roles preferred Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement Ability to manage multiple projects and product initiatives simultaneously Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfort presenting to technical and commercial audiences Business, marketing, engineering degree, or equivalent experience required Knowledge of the PV and/or ESS industry is required
