Lead Solar Installer Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the installation process.
  • Collaborate with a team to install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
  • Accurately read and interpret solar plans.
  • Proficiently run PVC pipes and handle electrical wiring of solar arrays/systems (AC and DC).
  • Work comfortably on rooftops with various angles and surfaces.
  • Layout and assemble solar modules/arrays, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment.
  • Communicate job status to management to ensure successful project completion.
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar panel systems.
Requirements:
