Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on rooftops and in attics.
  • Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Possess 1 to 2 years of residential solar experience.
  • Proven capability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working on rooftops and heights
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record for insurability, as this position requires driving to job sites.
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight throughout the state when necessary.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot sun, cold, and rain.
  • Ability to work in various environments, such as rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces.
  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders and stairs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, which include bending, lifting, pulling, and carrying heavy equipment (50lbs +).

As part of our hiring process, we require all potential employees to undergo a drug test.
