Job description

Express is looking for an Installation Foreman to join our client in Topton, PA to help them grow into the future! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a company that offers a great environment with a close-knit team and flexibility!

Installation Foreman

Pay: $30.00-$33.00/hr *depending on experience, with occasional prevailing wage work

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (6AM-3:30PM) with overtime available as well

Location: Topton, PA

Responsibilities of the Installation Foreman:

  • Gathering up information for different jobs and making sure correct supplies are loaded into trucks
  • Driving equipment and crew to job sites and managing projects until finished
  • Assigning and managing workload for a team of 2 to 4 installers
  • Communicating with clients about timelines or issues with jobs
  • Other work as assigned

Qualifications of the Installation Foreman:

  • 7+ years experience as foreman, installation experience preferred
  • Experience in construction and carpentry work required
  • Must be comfortable with travelling up to 2 hours locally with occasional overnight travel (company vehicle provided)
