Job description

We are seeking a Solar Installer to join our team. Our ideal candidate has excellent physical stamina for lifting and mounting solar panels on our commercial customer's roofs and knows how to use power tools for constructing the framing of the panels and configuring the wiring. On more extensive construction programs as your experience progresses, you may be responsible for managing work crews, so leadership skills are a plus. You must have a background in a field like roofing or any systems that use electricity.

  • Assemble solar panels at commercial industrial building sites
  • Mount the panels on the client's roof or in another location
  • Configure the wiring and inspect all electrical parts
  • Install and connect any batteries or other accessories
  • Perform maintenance on all systems

  • 1-3+ years of commercial industrial roof site experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Construction experience
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Familiarity with electricity and wiring procedures
