Dynamic Journeyman Electricians work on residential homes regarding the installation, wiring, and maintenance of residential solar systems. This role supports solar installation crews in the field, helping maintain efficient workflows and safe job sites while gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • Responsible Drive to Client Sites: Hit the road in our company truck, ensuring prompt and professional arrival at client locations.
  • Ensure Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction: From start to finish, guarantee the successful execution of projects while prioritizing customer happiness.
  • Promote Safety, Quality, and Productivity: Uphold our commitment to safety, quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient productivity on every job site.
  • Expert Conduit Bending: Showcase your professional conduit bending skills with precision and finesse.
  • Install Solar PV Systems: Take the lead in installing residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices, according to contract specifications and design requirements.
  • Adhere to Electrical Codes: Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code and local jurisdiction requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Put your problem-solving skills to the test by troubleshooting PV systems and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Inspectors: Oversee interactions with local inspectors, effectively communicating project details and ensuring compliance with jurisdiction requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Management: Work closely with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and training programs to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
  • Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and addressing any escalations promptly and professionally.

Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
Any sort of industrial construction experience of any duration!
  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License
  • Valid driver's license

Journeyman Electrician Compensation:
  • Average full-time $36 - $40 hourly relative to skills and experience
