Job Summary
We are looking for a Certified Electrician to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Electrical Foreman Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians
  • Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
  • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues
  • Train and mentor electrical apprentices in safety protocols and job skills
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects
  • Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
  • Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills
  • Experience installing whole home solutions such as: Lutron RA2, RA3, HomeWorks; Crestron, Savant, etc.
