We are passionate about customer experience. Our goal is to become the top solar sales organization in the state with the highest customer satisfaction rate. We are currently seeking highly motivated salespeople who are driven, coachable, and eager to make serious money. This is a position you can start almost immediately!
Our top reps earn $100k or more per year, many starting with ZERO experience. We offer a scalable compensation plan, growth and leadership opportunities, and robust backend systems to streamline the sales process. We consistently train and develop our sales reps to improve their results every month. We provide all the training and resources you need to maximize your earning potential. This is a door-to-door position where your effort directly determines your success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Go door-to-door in order to speak with homeowners and educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, providing a consultative sales approach.
  • Set appointments for our solar sales closers.
  • Be confident, knowledgeable, and clear about our products and services to help potential customers understand what is needed to install solar in their homes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities.
