O&M Technician
The O&M Technician supports the Power Services division by performing corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities across multiple solar plants. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical, mechanical, and communication systems that directly impact plant performance, safety, and reliability.

What You Bring
You're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical industry
- Minnesota Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of electrical hazards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience with fiber optics, networking, and communication systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred experience with DAS, SCADA, thermal imaging, solar commissioning, IV curve tracing, and heavy equipment operation
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history and ability to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour plus per diem and incentive opportunities.
