Simply Solar LLC performs residential and commercial solar installations and services throughout California. Simply Solar is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join their installation team.  Positions are full time, hourly, non-exempt with great benefits  (PPO medical, dental and vision with monthly employer contributions, employer matched retirement, PTO, paid holidays, educational assistance.)  


Job Overview
  • Role: Battery Installer

  • Location: California (Site-based)
  • Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Objective: To install residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage systems with a high degree of craftsmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Physical assembly of racking, modules, and battery units.
  • Electrical: Basic AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, and assisting with panel connections.
  • Reporting: Utilizing company software to log daily progress and project milestones.
  • Service: Interacting professionally with clients and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 2-4 years in solar installation (with electrical exposure).
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and a "customer-first" attitude.
  • Mindset: Dependable, motivated, and looking for a long-term trade to master.
