Apprentice Electrician Commercial & Residential Solar
Eau Claire, WI

Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking Apprentice Electricians for commercial and residential solar projects throughout the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a rapidly growing and highly respected solar and electrical contractor offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and strong career growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of solar modules and electrical systems according to code and project specifications
  • Support commercial and residential solar installations, including roof-mounted and ground-mounted systems
  • Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and electrical equipment installation
  • Assist with troubleshooting and supporting solar and electrical systems as needed
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain safe and efficient jobsite operations
  • Work closely with Journeyman and Master Electricians to complete projects on time and to high standards
Qualifications
  • Previous solar installation experience required
  • Commercial and/or residential solar experience preferred
  • Wisconsin Registered Apprentice Electrician or relevant electrical experience
  • Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, and basic electrical work
  • Ability to read plans and follow specifications
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Basic hand and power tools required
  • Ability to work comfortably on rooftops and outdoors in varying weather conditions
