Position Title/Class: Solar Project Administrator

Company Name/Location: Citadel Roofing and Solar, Vacaville

Solar New Construction Projects (Builder Tracks/Custom Homes)

Process requests from Solar Project Coordinators/Project Managers with the following tasks via Creatio or email and utilize Sage 300 CRE to process work.

Create a new job set up for Solar New Construction:

Builder Models/Phases

Custom Homes (Customer Residence or Builder Lot).

Commercial Buildings (Builder New Construction or Retrofit).

-

Create electronic file folders to file documentation under each Builder/Project Name.

-

Update a job/lot budget as requested or add a new lot to an existing job number.

-

Cancel a job/lot when a Customer opts out of Solar or delete if job/lot was set up in error.

-

Create a new WIP (Work in Progress) form when a job is set up or revise existing WIP, and file in the New Home Solar Team SharePoint under the Superintendents’ folders.

-

File the Job Budget Report in SharePoint when a new job is set up or revised.

-

Create Dummy Invoices for Referral Fees when lots are installed and billed.

-

Update the Panel Budget file whenever jobs are set up or lots updated to keep track of the panel usage.

Billing

Process invoices for lots that are prewired or installed.

-

Determine if lot is a Cash Purchase (Builder PO) or Monthly Lease (Sunrun EPC or Sunnova WO) and locate the POs & WOs for appropriate billing.

Submit invoices to Builders by mail, email, or Builders’ website.

File internal invoices in Invoice Project Folders.

File Invoices and billing documents in the Team’s Shared Drive Invoice Folders.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of construction related experience - Solar PV ideal but not required

• 1-3 years of construction billing experience ideal

• General construction knowledge ideal but not required

• Process management experience required

• Detail oriented, attention and focus on data accuracy

• Experience working with and managing Matrixed project teams

• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required

• Excellent customer service skills required

• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
