Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying immediate and long-term treatment needs.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on each client's unique issues and therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing best practices in marriage and family therapy to encourage open dialogue and healing.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a holistic treatment plan that encompasses all aspects of a clientโ€™s care.
  • Educate and engage with clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and providing necessary support during their loved ones' recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of each clientโ€™s progress while strictly adhering to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes couples and families dealing with a range of issues such as communication difficulties, trauma, and relationship strain. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active and valid state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
