Machine Test & Validation Engineer

Position Overview

  • Support test and validation activities on large mining equipment.
  • Validate the functionality of software and controls features, including requirements execution and system-level testing.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanics, instrumentation technicians, and operators.
  • Plan, execute, and document machine-level software testing.
  • Approximately 20% office-based and 80% hands-on in the shop or local field.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted).
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; 2-year degrees not accepted.
  • Comparable backgrounds considered: mechanic, construction, or landscaping experience.
