Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing End-to-end functional testing, selenium, and software testing processes. They will lead the testing team, develop test strategies, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the testing activities to meet project objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor the testing team in executing end-to-end functional testing procedures.
2. Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery.
4. Execute and automate test cases using selenium for efficient testing.
5. Identify and report defects, track defect resolution, and ensure closure.
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met.
7. Provide regular status reports and participate in project status meetings.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in end-to-end functional testing methodologies and best practices.
