Leads a team of software engineers delivering enterprise integration solutions across cloud-based platforms while remaining hands-on in technical design, development, automation, and delivery. Provides technical leadership while actively contributing to complex engineering initiatives, including software development, automation strategy, and scalable solution delivery. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team while actively contributing to technical solutions and engineering delivery
Drive end-to-end delivery of complex integration and full-stack engineering initiatives through hands-on development, technical guidance, and collaboration with engineering teams
Design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions across cloud-based platforms, including integration and automation capabilities
Manage configuration and integration of cloud-based applications across the enterprise
Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture (microservices, APIs, scalable design) and system design decisions
Design, implement, and improve automation frameworks and testing solutions to increase efficiency, reliability, and software quality

End-to-end understanding of the testing lifecycle, from planning and design through execution, defect management, and release validation
Exposure to AI concepts or tools, with the ability to understand and apply AI within a software testing or engineering context
Deep knowledge of software development, testing (unit/integration), and performance engineering
Experience with secure coding practices and code quality standards
