Job description

DNI is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer & Tester to support enterprise testing initiatives, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is responsible for developing and executing structured test plans to identify software defects, analyze root causes, and improve overall system quality.

The position emphasizes the implementation and administration of Tricentis Tosca and qTest Manager to accelerate regression testing cycles and increase release confidence through scalable, automated testing practices.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Configure, administer, and maintain Tricentis Tosca environments, including workspaces, repositories, execution lists, and governance controls
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify software issues and determine root causes
  • Define and implement automation strategies for migration testing, including regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Build and maintain reusable Tosca assets such as modules, test cases, and test data for core S/4HANA business processes
  • Manage testing lifecycle activities within Tricentis qTest Manager, including requirements traceability, test cycles, execution tracking, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies Qualifications
  • Applies standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to software quality assurance
  • Demonstrates practical experience or training in software testing and test automation
  • Familiarity with test management and automation tools (preferably Tricentis Tosca and qTest)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Ability to follow established processes and work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be U.S. citizen
