Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect specializing in Tricentis Tosca to join our team. As a Senior Tricentis Tosca Test Architect, the candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca aligning to Navistar Business Units. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test automation strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure the successful execution of automated tests. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements and enhance test automation capabilities.

• Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (Qtest for Test Management, ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.

• Analyze test results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in test coverage and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tricentis Tosca implementation and test automation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum 15 + years’ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

• 12+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.

• Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.

• Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is a mandatory.
