AI Software Test Engineer

Location: East Peoria, IL.

Job Summary

As a Software Testing Lead, you will be responsible for testing software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. In this role, you will lead a team of software testers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
What You Have
  • Proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Good to have: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
