Job description


IT Testing Engineer II
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and scenarios from Development Team, Business Analyst and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Project Management Team during design phase.
  • Prepare detailed Test Scenario & Test case
  • Perform hands-on functional and web UI testing
  • Create and maintain test scripts, plans, and cases
  • Conduct regression, post-release, and UAT testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure software meets business requirements
  • Execute SQL queries for bulk test data and update them accordingly.
  • Execute Component, Endurance testing for new API services and Load Testing for end-to-end Web application.
  • Work on ADO and JIRA for defects.
  • Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
  • Follow standard testing methodology frameworks.
  • Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.
  • Preparation of Defect Status Reports and Daily/Weekly Status Reports.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Exposure to MMIS/ Healthcare domain
  • Strong hands-on functional and Web- UI Testing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.
