Job Description

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic inside sales reps who want to contribute to our success story from the front lines of our business. As part of our team, you'll be contacting prospective customers to communicate the Service Fusion story and value proposition and to bring them "over the line" as Service Fusion customers.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responding to trial and demo requests submitted by prospective customers on our website
  • Providing prospective customers with online demos of our product (3-4 per day)
  • Telling the Service Fusion story and selling the Service Fusion value proposition 
  • Representing the Service Fusion company brand
Qualifications
  • Sales experience is a big plus but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs
  • Focus and drive are paramount to success
