Job description

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for confident, talented, high-energy sales representatives! If you have a strong, sales-oriented personality with a desire to be successful, you may be well suited for this sales representative position.
What We Offer
  • Base pay: $17 per hour + monthly bonuses!
  • Benefits! Health, Dental, Vision and Paid Time Off
  • NO COLD CALLING - all Inbound leads!
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and every third Saturday 8am-12pm
What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
  • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
  • Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
  • Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
  • All other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
  • Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
  • Good grammar, voice and diction
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to perform basic business math
