About the Role: 

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires someone who can seamlessly transition from prospecting new clients to managing key accounts. Core Responsibilities: 

Revenue Growth: Drive $1.5 million in business revenue within the fiscal year through proactive sales strategies. 

Prospecting: Make at least 25 cold calls and 50 outbound emails per day to generate new business opportunities. 

Networking: Attend one networking event per week to expand professional connections and identify potential clients.

  Client Meetings: Schedule at least eight new meetings per month to present our solutions to prospective clients. 

Deal Closure: Secure four new deals per month with an average deal size of $35,000. 

Customer Retention: Retain 95% of top-tier accounts over the year by conducting quarterly business reviews and identifying new opportunities. 

Market Expansion: Explore additional revenue streams from new geographical regions, industries, or customer segments, aiming for a 5% increase in overall sales year-over-year. 

Brand Advocacy: Promote the brand on social media, gather positive testimonials and reviews, and increase referral and customer retention rates. 


Qualifications: 

Sales Expertise: High-level sales experience, preferably with knowledge of SPIN Solutions Selling or Gap Selling methodologies. Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and establish relationships based on credibility and expertise.
