Job description

The Family Office Management (FOM) Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as Operations Associate in their Woodbridge, New Jersey office.

This role will support the delivery of private foundation administration services while contributing to operational and project management initiatives across the FOM platform. Working closely with senior leadership this individual will help ensure high-quality client service, data integrity and effective execution of strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Private Foundations Services

  • Support the full grant lifecycle, including intake, due diligence, review, and disbursement
  • Maintain and validate client data utilizing grant management systems.
  • Assist in preparing materials for foundation board meetings, including reports, analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Support foundation-related communications by responding to internal and external inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
  • Partner with client advisors and internal partners to ensure seamless client experience.

Operations

  • Support the execution of FOM initiatives including client onboarding, reporting, billing and internal audit.
  • Assist with process improvements and operational enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with nonprofits, private foundations, or grants administration preferred
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or client service environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience working across multiple software platforms a plus

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
