Job description

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety

  • Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives

  • Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy 

  • Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center

  • Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions

  • Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
