Job Description Project Coordinator Looking for an organized, proactive professional to keep projects running seamlessly from kickoff to completion. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support project planning, manage budgets, direct freight logistics, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Tulsa Metro Area Key Responsibilities: Develop and track detailed project timelines, calendars, and budgets using spreadsheets and PM software.

Coordinate freight and logistics by securing competitive vendor bids and negotiating rates. Organize project documentation, contracts, submittals, closeout packages, and drawing files. Participate in project kickoff calls, lead status updates, and communicate directly with clients.

Monitor deliveries and manage vendor/contractor schedules to ensure on-time execution. Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination or management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PM software.
