Location: Irving, TX

Experience: 10+ Years

PMP: Active PMP Certification REQUIRED

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs from planning through production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical program management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production
  • Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery
  • Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting
  • Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements
Must-have Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Active PMP Certification REQUIRED
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs
  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project / Smartsheet
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Cloud, Data, Software Development, or Infrastructure
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills
