Job Summary: As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high standards of food quality, and drive business growth. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while achieving the restaurant's performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
