Palmetto Exterminators combines decades of termite, pest, and mosquito control experience with a personal touch to provide trusted, effective pest management solutions- and we do it with Integrity, Excellence, Empathy, Accountability, and Teamwork.
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves providing friendly, efficient, and professional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. The CSR will schedule appointments, manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure each customer feels valued and supported throughout their pest control experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with pest specialists to ensure on-time, accurate service delivery.
  • Manage customer correspondence and maintain accurate records usingPestPac software program.
  • Update and maintain customer account information with accuracy and integrity.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support all facets of branch operations with teamwork and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate accountability by following through on customer issues and commitments.
  • Represent the company with excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior pest control experience necessary - training provided!
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based software programs.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
