Job description

Responsibilities

Technica is seeking a Program Manager, as key person to oversee the day to day operations of the DHS CISA Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) task order. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractor work performed under the Statement of Work (SOW). This individual will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), ensuring effective communication and coordination between the contractor and the Government. The Program Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, resolve technical and administrative issues, and ensure all project objectives are met.

  • The PM will ensure task order functions, program/project management services, performance tracking and reporting, and task order execution are conducted and managed according to industry’s best practices.

The position will be located at a government facility in Arlington, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

The annual base salary range for this position is $134,577 – $149,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Requirements
  • Active Top-Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in in management, computer science, or information systems or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, the PM should have an additional 10 years' experience in IT program management for a total of 15 years of experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT program management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL v5 Foundation certified.
  • Experience with applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
