• Manage product roadmaps for existing features

• Define implementation strategy for product enhancements, new options and fixes
• Own program priority list - define, align on priorities and hold program owners accountable through appropriate review process
• Act as a single point of contact for product quality improvements and all mandatory compliance, including customer driven ones
• Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Ability to work remotely from a remote location
• Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
• Minimum Education: BS in engineering disciplines, MBA/MS a plus
• Minimum Experience: 2+ Years applicable experience
• Previous experience in a software company will be preferred
