Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, Third-Party Connectivity & Digital Applications to lead the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization of third-party post-processing, advanced visualization, and digital application offerings across the Magnetic Resonance (MR) and Women's Health (WH) portfolios.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of third-party digital solutions, including subscription-based offerings, while serving as the primary business owner for supplier relationships, onboarding processes, commercialization activities, and operational governance. The Product Manager will work closely with internal product managers, engineering, sourcing, marketing, commercial operations, and external partners to expand GE HealthCare's digital ecosystem and deliver integrated customer solutions that enhance clinical workflows and drive recurring revenue growth.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Management
  • Own and manage the MR and Women's Health third-party post-processing, advanced visualization, and digital application portfolio.
  • Drive lifecycle management for third-party applications, including new product introductions, upgrades, renewals, and end-of-life planning.
  • Support development and execution of product roadmaps in collaboration with modality product managers and digital product leaders.
  • Evaluate emerging market opportunities and third-party capabilities to identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • Assess partner technologies and solutions to ensure alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and product roadmaps.

Third-Party Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary business interface for third-party post-processing and visualization suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with external partners.
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities in partnership with engineering, sourcing, legal, cybersecurity, and quality teams.
  • Coordinate supplier release schedules, deliverables, product updates, and roadmap alignment.
  • Manage supplier communications, including change requests, technical notifications, product updates, and escalation management.
  • Ensure partner commitments, timelines, and business objectives are achieved.

Commercialization & Business Development
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop business cases for new third-party offerings and investment opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to establish pricing, packaging, subscription models, and commercialization strategies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure third-party solutions are available within GE HealthCare catalogs, configurators, and price books.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new offerings.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, adoption, revenue growth, and customer feedback to inform future investments.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Establish and lead regular operating mechanisms with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and release timing across product management, engineering, sourcing, quality, and commercial operations.
  • Ensure alignment between partner development schedules and GE HealthCare business priorities.
  • Drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across multiple stakeholders.

Product Launch & Marketing Support
  • Partner with marketing teams and third-party suppliers to develop launch plans and supporting collateral.
  • Coordinate product positioning, value propositions, customer-facing materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Support field teams with product training, competitive insights, and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure successful product introductions and market adoption.

Operational Excellence
  • Act as the central point of coordination between third-party suppliers, fulfillment teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate product configuration, ordering, entitlement management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Track product releases, software updates, and regulatory or compliance-related notifications.
  • Implement scalable operating mechanisms and governance processes to improve portfolio management efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in product marketing, product development or related field within medical device industry.
  • Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life cycle management Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen.
  • Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work globally Experience working within the SAFE Agile process
