  • Support long-term platform modernization and expansion initiatives.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing product delivery activities.
  • Ensure development efforts remain aligned with product strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Remove obstacles, facilitate decision-making, and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Customer & Market Discovery
  • Conduct customer interviews, product discovery sessions, and market research to validate opportunities and guide product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify trends and prioritize improvements.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to gather and synthesize market insights.

Commercial & Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Support product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on positioning, messaging, enablement, and customer adoption strategies.
  • Participate in customer demonstrations, prospect conversations, industry events, and strategic account discussions.
  • Help evaluate new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

AI-Enabled Product Management
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows, research, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into customer experiences and internal processes.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential impact on product strategy and customer value.

Experience & Skills
Required
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing initiatives.
  • Strong customer discovery and research skills, including customer interviews and solution validation.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted requirements generation, research, documentation, and analysis.
  • Exposure to prototyping tools, low-code platforms, or modern product development workflows is a plus.

What Good Looks Like
