Job Summary (Procurement Analyst - IT Strategy & Projects):

- Eligibility: Must be eligible to convert to Full-Time Employee (FTE); no visa sponsorship available.
- Location: Hybrid role (On-site training for 3-4 weeks, then 4 days/week remote).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience required.
- IT Asset & Licensing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, RaaS, and IaaS licensing models, including per-user, per-core, and consumption-based entitlements; understanding of ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
- Strategic Negotiation: Proven track record negotiating high-value IT contracts, including SLAs, data sovereignty clauses, and renewal limits.
- Technical Project Management: Ability to manage procurement as a projectโsetting milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and aligning timelines with technical rollouts.
- RFP/RFQ Development: Experience creating and evaluating complex solicitations for enterprise-level IT services with technically sound and legally enforceable SOWs.
- Financial & Data Analysis: Skilled in performing TCO and ROI analyses to justify large technology investments to executive leadership.
