About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an Arizona State Agency in Phoenix. This role manages IT software procurement strategy and vendor relationships.

Required
  • Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience
  • IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
  • Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs, contracts and renewals
  • RFP/RFQ development and scoring experience
  • Local Phoenix AZ only, city and state must be on resume
  • No visa sponsorship, must be eligible for FTE conversion
  • Cover letter required with submission
  • Available for in-person interview within 1 week
Preferred
  • ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge
  • TCO and ROI analysis experience
  • Technical project management background
