Job description

Job Description:  
Seeking an IT Software Procurement Analyst 2 to support IT software procurement, licensing, contract management, and asset lifecycle activities. This role will work closely with technology, business, legal, security, finance, and vendor stakeholders to manage software acquisitions and renewals from initiation through contract execution and ongoing lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT software procurement experience, with strong knowledge of SaaS and other enterprise software licensing models, vendor negotiations, SLAs, RFP/RFQ development, and financial analysis.
 
  • Software License renewal

-          Complex RFP/RFQ Development: Experience drafting and scoring complex solicitations for enterprise-level IT services, ensuring that the "Statement of Work" (SOW) is technically sound and legally enforceable.
-          Financial & Data Literacy: Ability to conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to justify multi-year technology investments to executive leadership
