We are currently looking for an AI Implementation Specialist based in the Greater Boston area to join one of our US-based clients through a contract-to-hire engagement.
About the role
The AI Implementation Specialist will be the hands-on builder behind the client's enterprise AI initiatives. This role is responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving AI-powered solutions across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate enjoys building automations, integrating systems, and turning business requirements into practical AI-enabled workflows and applications.
Responsabilities
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and business applications.
  • Develop solutions using low-code/no-code and AI platforms such as n8n, Microsoft Power Platform, Supabase, and similar technologies.
  • Configure, test, and optimize AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Support integrations, data mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external development partners.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
  • Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and implementation best practices.
  • Help identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations through AI.

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, software operations, analytics, or related technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Retool, or similar automation tools.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Supabase, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, OpenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI ecosystems.
  • Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Experience implementing AI agents and conversational AI solutions.
  • Exposure to Azure AI Services.
