The Practice Manager is responsible for creating a positive teamwork environment in which veterinarians and staff deliver quality medicine and exceptional client service. Partnering closely with the Managing Veterinarian (MDVM), you will ensure a profitable operation by growing revenue and managing costs while building a culture centered on high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service.
Belton Small Animal Clinic is conducting a highly selective search for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager who can step in immediately and provide structure, clarity, and leadership. Given current hospital needs, this role requires a leader who is highly experienced in veterinary hospital operations, extremely organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable holding teams accountable, and confident enough to provide stability and direction from day one. This is not a maintenance role - it is a transformational leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong teams and sustainable systems.

We are seeking a strong operational leader who combines veterinary knowledge, business acumen, and people-focused leadership.
  • 3-5 years of veterinary management experience preferred but not required
  • Supervisory and leadership experience in a service-based environment
  • Veterinary hospital or practice experience with increasing responsibility strongly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
