A key part of any company's information management strategy, OpenText enterprise content management (ECM) software provides Content Services to help connect content within context for core business processes to accelerate productivity, improve governance and drive digital transformation. What the role offers:

As a Sr Software Developer, you will:

• Provide strong leadership for the team, wielding technical and business influence beyond team boundaries.
• Drive multi-team initiatives spanning diverse domains, consistently delivering value that extends beyond the immediate team.
• Quickly grasp the business context to enhance client value significantly.
• Make timely decisions, prioritizing client trust over expediency, and leverage input to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Identify and course-correct when the current path does not meaningfully serve client needs, playing a key role in setting longer-term business strategy.
• Lead in setting the quality standards for the team's technical work, from code to software designs, while raising the skill level of less experienced team members.
• Possess 8-12 years of previous professional experience.

What you need to Succeed:

• Frontend: HTML, JavaScript
• Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Backbone, Vue, jQuery
• Backend: Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby,
• Programming languages: C++; C#
• Databases - SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and NoSQL
• Cloud-Based Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS and PaaS
• CI/CD: GitLab; Jenkins; Kubernetes

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $86,800.00 - $130,200.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
