Job description

HIRE-IQis recruiting a full-timeSales Managerfor a well-established medical device company. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and nursing staff to ensure appropriate utilization of the company's FDA-cleared products. Success in this role requires the ability to clearly communicate complex clinical data and support surgeons in selecting the most appropriate products.
Responsibilities:

  • Educate physicians on the clinical and economic benefits of products including proper technique, placement, and ease of use
  • Present complex clinical data to guide appropriate product selection and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and commercial development teams to drive successful hospital, surgeon, and patient outcomes
  • Develop and execute territory business plans that achieve short-term revenue targets while maximizing long-term growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and current records within the company's CRM system
  • Participate in national and regional sales meetings; share best practices to support team-wide success
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience within the life sciences industry; biologics experience (especially hernia repair, abdominal wall reconstruction, or plastic/soft tissue reconstruction) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with biologic tissue-based materials and their clinical applications
  • Strong understanding of physician clinical needs and host response mechanisms to biologic implants
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities based on unmet surgical needs
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to physicians, key opinion leaders, and internal teams
  • Strong business acumen with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Collaborative team player who drives results through partnership and trust
  • Valid driver's license required; subject to DMV and background screening
