Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, self‑motivated Software Implementation Consultant who will serve as a trusted advisor, helping AECO firms optimize their workflows, improve collaboration, and drive successful project outcomes. In this role, you will anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and confidently move projects forward with minimal direction. In addition to implementations, you will work closely with internal teams to independently develop clear, high‑quality documentation for both internal and external audiences.

The Software Implementation Consultant deploys, develops, and maintains technical solutions for all EleVia Software products. This role is also responsible for updating project tasks, individual contact and account information in the Salesforce CRM system as well as contributing to and maintaining content in Knowledgebase Articles.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process by helping them understand system capabilities, configure their environment, and adopt best practice workflows to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, offer strategic recommendations, share industry best practices, and provide proactive guidance that supports long term customer success.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate by responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with internal teams, such as Support, Product, and Engineering, to ensure customers receive timely solutions and an exceptional overall experience.
  • Gather customer insights during implementation from customers identify patterns, feature requests, and areas for improvement and communicate that feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape future enhancements and strengthen EleVia’s offerings.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of Deltek Vantagepoint required.
  • Minimum 3 years of consulting, training and/or support experience.
  • Minimum 3 years software integration experience.
  • Experience understanding/writing of SQL functions/procedures/queries
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or consulting in a software/SaaS company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Post-Secondary Education Degree.

Nice to have qualification for this position include:

  • EleVia experience preferred.
  • Experience working in or supporting Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) firms.
  • Understanding of construction project lifecycles, document management, and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in change management, software implementation, or workflow consulting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practice.
