Job description

Responsibilities

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Construction for a full‑time W2 role in Purcellville, VA. This position supports commercial electrical projects from early estimating and contract review through active field execution, production tracking, change management, and final closeout.

The role works closely with field leadership and project stakeholders to keep budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, safety expectations, and quality standards moving in the right direction.

Qualifications

A strong fit will be comfortable reviewing contract documents, coordinating with jobsite teams, monitoring productivity, and keeping project communication organized. Candidates should have at least three years of commercial electrical project management experience and working knowledge of project management software such as Procore or a similar platform. This role is best suited for someone who can balance office coordination with field realities, stay organized under pressure, and help projects move forward without losing sight of cost, quality, or safety.
