Job description

Locations: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal or Halifax

Hybrid: 3 days onsite/week

Permenant full time


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in WorkForce Software Implementation
  • 3–5 years of programming experience, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL
  • Experience configuring, mapping, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software applications
  • Strong experience leading requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and maintaining BRDs, use cases, and process diagrams
  • Ability to analyze business processes, system interfaces, and recommend optimized solutions
  • Experience with system testing (unit and system testing) and validation of requirements
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-facing presence
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent business experience
  • IT certification or technical background
  • Ability to travel up to 5–10%

Job Description


As a Senior Implementation Consultant (WorkForce Suite), you will lead the configuration and delivery of Workforce Software solutions (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) to meet complex client business needs. You will work closely with clients and internal project teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementations. This role requires strong technical skills, client-facing consulting experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering high client satisfaction.


Salary rate: $90,000 - $120,000 (dependant on skillset, experience and qualifications)
