Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMP Certified Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex enterprise IT initiatives from project initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing vendors, and delivering successful outcomes using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple large, complex enterprise IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project management plans, including project charter, scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, issue, resource, and change management plans.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
  • Track project progress, manage variances, and provide regular status reporting to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, deliverables, and formal change control processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and governance activities as required.
  • Monitor project risks and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality planning, quality assurance, testing activities, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Experience managing projects with:
