Description:

Why We Need You - The Mission

Healthcare quality is complex. Medisolv helps make it manageable—and actionable.

We partner with hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and payers to bring clarity to quality data, connecting clinical and claims information into a single, reliable view. More than 1,800 organizations and 130M+ patient records rely on Medisolv to measure, report, and improve performance across 500+ measures tied to CMS, The Joint Commission, and other programs.

With support from Bessemer Venture Partners Forge, we’re continuing to grow our platform and expand our impact—investing in advanced analytics, AI, and new capabilities that help healthcare organizations stay ahead of change and improve outcomes with confidence.

Reporting to the Director of Implementations, we are looking for someone who can play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of Medisolv’s software solutions for our healthcare clients. This individual will manage the end-to-end implementation process, working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest level of client satisfaction.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

Project Oversight

  • Manage multiple healthcare SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and addressing client needs.
  • Establish and reinforce clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and client responsibilities to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful implementation outcomes.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to client requirements.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Process Improvement
  • Analyze and refine implementation processes, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Director of Implementations on project status, team performance, and client feedback.

AI First

  • You approach your work with an AI-first mindset. You are curious about how artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies can improve the way all work is performed. You look for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, accelerate issue resolution, and create more scalable workflows.

In your first 30 days, you will

  • Onboard and get to the know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Medisolv’s products, implementation processes, and client engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with the data management team, the director of Implementations, the VP of Professional Services, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarize yourself with active implementation projects, including client objectives, timelines, and challenges.
  • Develop proficiency with the tools and systems used for project management and communication (e.g., JIRA, CRM platforms).

In your first 3 months, you will

  • Take ownership of ongoing implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet client expectations.
  • Lead weekly team meetings with Data Management Team to provide guidance, resolve challenges, and monitor progress.
  • Begin identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in the implementation lifecycle.
  • Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain high levels of client engagement.

In your first 6 months, you will

  • Successfully oversee the completion of at least two major implementation projects, achieving positive client outcomes.
  • Implement process refinements identified in the first three months to optimize team performance and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment with client needs and product roadmap.

In your first 12 months, you will

  • Achieve measurable improvements in implementation timelines and client satisfaction scores.
  • Demonstrate a clear impact on the team’s performance through leadership, team building, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Contribute to company-wide strategic discussions around scaling the implementation function.
  • Position the implementation team as a trusted and high-performing department within Medisolv.

Who We’re Looking For - The Personal Competencies That Matter

You are a doer. You take initiative and enjoy driving tasks from inception to completion. You probably have a strong bias for action and may even become frustrated when things come to a stalemate. You use this frustration in a positive manner to drive towards a solution to move things forward.

Collaborative. You have empathy for your colleagues. You demonstrate and influence cross-functional collaboration within the company and seek out opportunities to build relationships with others even when difficult personalities or politics stood in the way.

Flexibility. You understand that at growth stage companies, things will evolve, and you may have to be flexible in your approach and in your expectations. You are open-minded and adapt well to changing environments as a company grows and scales.

Growth Mindset. You love a challenge. You are intellectually curious and love to figure out how things work. You have a diverse set of interests inside and outside of work. You can articulate areas where you have worked hard on improving yourself over time.

Resilient. You embrace change. You are optimistic. It’s not how many times you get knocked down, it’s how many times you get up.

Medisolv is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity drives innovation, and we are dedicated to fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
