Position Overview: As a Lab Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the smooth functioning of experiments, equipment, and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while leading a team of lab technicians and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of lab personnel, including technicians, researchers, and interns.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
