Position Summary

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will support quality assurance, process improvement, and continuous improvement activities within our manufacturing operation. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering graduate to develop expertise in quality systems, root cause analysis, statistical process control, and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced quality and engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and auditing of quality records, including nonconformances, corrective actions, inspection results, and test data.
  • Assist with internal audits and quality system compliance activities.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action projects using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain quality reports, charts, and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
  • Work with production, engineering, and inspection teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
  • Assist in product validation, process qualification, and testing activities.
  • Support investigations related to customer complaints, product nonconformances, and material review board (MRB) activities.
  • Help verify and document testing methods, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
  • Promote workplace safety and support company quality objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
